I've experienced this firsthand. I never considered moving away from home to be a big deal and I'm not exactly an emotional person. But holy shit that first semester hit me like a truck.

The new environment combined with the stress from school, both from the classes and the profs that kept giving us speeches about how hard med school is, how much sacrifice it demands and how we'll never have a normal stress free life. They made it sound like we signed up to be kamikaze pilots.

While I never actually contemplated suicide, I woke up most nights with panic attacks. I felt like my life was spiraling out of control and that I'd never be able to accomplish anything no matter how hard I tried. I was honestly surprised with the way I reacted. I've never felt anything like that until then and I haven't ever felt it since then.

My immune system went down the drain for a while. My roommate at the time and a lot of my colleagues felt the same. I'd go for a walk every evening and talk on the phone with my parents or friends for hours.

I really can't overstate how much talking helps in situations like those. It gets your mind out of the gutter and reminds you that you have people around you. Eventually, I realized that it wasn't so terrifying and I adjusted to it, but I'll never forget those first few weeks.

So yeah a huge shoutout to my teachers that managed to give a hundred people panic attacks and plunge them into deep existential depression.

Honestly, the perfect example here is sideshow. Look at the way the community treats him and look at the way he reacts. He shrugs it off, makes jokes at his own expense and people end up liking him for it.

History of trolling. As in, trolled admins in the past with things other than mentioning tf2stadium.
Anyway, I've included the chatlogs with Cookie in my previous post. I'm not here to take a side and justify the actions of the tf2c admins or condemn them. As i said in the previous post, that was what was said to me, and you guys can interpret it in any way you like.

I talked to a tf2c admin and he said that the allegedly, the ban wasn't for mentioning tf2center, it was the last straw after multiple warnings for "trolling admins in chat".

I guess it's up to you guys to decide if this is true or bs

I'm currently using flathud, but I want to modify it a bit, i.e. use the broeselhud class and team switch menu, make the scoreboard background transparent and change the main menu image to something else. I'm pretty retarded so I just tried replacing the ClassSelection.res file with the broeselhud one but all I get is an empty team colored window with no class names so I must be missing something. Anyway, if anyone has some time to spare and the will to help a retard, just add me on steam. Thanks in advance :)

You gotta realize that you on mumble =/= the real life you. Nothing that you say on mumble has any real life repercussions, nor do any of those people know who you are. The internet gives you the gift of (relative) anonymity, so relax, chill, consider mumble an isolated experience. Comm, spam shit, yell, be an autistic toxic retard, do whatever you want.
