To be fair, I think 60% retail would be a good price. It would be hard to sell unless someone was in desperate need of a GFX card.
You can get a HD 7570 on ebay for $20 which is 2x as fast...

Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics:ATI x1650 or equivalent
DirectX: Version 8.1
Storage: 21 GB available space
Its "playable" at min in game settings and 800*600 at around 30 FPS
Recommended Requirements:
OS: Windows® 7 (32/64-bit)
Processor: q6600 or equivalent
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: HD4870
DirectX: Version 9.0c
Storage: 21 GB available space
High settings at mostly 60 FPS 1920*1080
For best experience:
OS: Windows® 7 (32/64-bit)
Processor: i3 6100 or equivalent
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: HD 5850 or equivalent
DirectX: Version 9.0c
Storage: 21 GB available space
Max settings at mostly 144 FPS 1920*1080
I say "mostly" because this game is prone to the occasional extreme frame dip on anny system.

Parents are getting me AKG K550 as a birthday/xmas present.

Ond_kajathere are a million things that can happen in tf2 which makes it significantly harder to push last if your pocket is on cow mangler
Our pocket ran it all season in top IM and the benefit of the pocket never having to go get ammo far outweighed the small chance that we might need him to spam a sentry.
