Russia banned guns and has 3x the homicide rate.
It isn't guns that cause trouble. Americans just have a shit mental health system (made worse by a culture that worships violence) and there isn't enough screening or any training required to own a gun.
As a Hoxhaist i believe that the masses should be armed. However common sense dictates that you should try to keep arms out of the hands of the criminally insane.

Apparently it is a issue with 3rd party overclocking software. Not crimson. Afterburner needs updated.
(update) Apparently it also happens on some non-reference boards when you mess with the fan in the overdrive settings. Leaving the fan on auto fixes this.

If you have the PSU for it the R9 290 is cheaper and better. Some can unlock to a 290x.
