The thing is, Woody and McConaughey are both executive producers. They said it would be similar to American Horror Story, and while half of the cast changes each season, many have been on each season, some being the central characters every time. I expect both of them to stay on, but may or may not be the main characters, maybe playing antagonists or who knows what.
The show is great. To bad there are going to be only 8 episodes.
yeah you're right, because something that is so highly acclaimed from the get go is gonna get canceled after 1 season
shows come and go on HBO all the time but i can assure you thats not the case here, multiple sources indicate that this is already gonna have a second season...and i'm sure many more will follow that
It is not going to get canceled. The producers said that it is going to be only a one-of. 8 Episodes and that's it. I'll try to find a page where I read that.
