recently i have gotten a new laptop. Its generally better than the last, but with intel graphics, rather than nvidia graphics :( .
I generally do get more fps in tf2 around 120 fps, but at times i randomly get fps drops down to 30-20. I've already tried multiple configs, and i've recently updated windows 10 Home Premium to the latest version, and changed my power and pc settings to favor performance and still get drops of fps! What could the problem be?

I personally want to get better at my scout gameplay and movement, but at the same time get better with all classes, even the ones im shitty at atm. If there are any scout mentors out there that can help me, send them my way. I also have demos for anyone to review, not just scout play, so check them out if you want.
