Hey,
I haven't played on a team yet, but I have play large amount of center lobbies and some tf2pl matches, so I do have an experience with the format itself. I watch VODs and matches of the highest ranked people in the community to familirize more with the meta, the to move and community. etc. I try to communicate my focus target, damage and even try to call pushes if needed. I have fluent English and my nationality is Czech so of course either of those options are acceptable for me.
I'm 24 years old, I stopped playing tf2 4 years ago, but now I came back and I wanna be competitive. I have 400 hours on the scout class.
As for about me. I just finished bachelor in econometrics and optimalization and so I have free time to spend, well until I find a job, but I still have free evenings I'm sure. I'm planning on studying major.. I'm willing to invest time into the game if I see the team wants to be better and it is not mix of players who want to get badge for the season. I also do not want team of kids.

I got a question (not only for ray): Is there anyway to make the in-game chat smaller?
Second one, Can i make damage numbers disappear faster from my screen, because the number kinda blocks everything, when I, for example, headshot someone as a sniper and I want to shoot him second time to clean him, I don't see much but the number in the middle of my monitor :( I'm a "hudnoob"
