over the past two months i've found strong entertainment value in deadlock by just queueing up with a friend, going into a duo lane and stomping the enemy laners by wholesale ignoring farming and wave manipulation and just peppering them with unavoidable chip damage as every character in this fucking game is ranged for some reason and you can deal damage past your optimal range, only stopping to pop those shitty cash baloons that creeps drop after dying
i'm genuinely shocked that this is a project made by a developer/publisher as wealthy and storied as valve, even battleborn felt more well thoughtout and considered than whatever the hell this is
