Edit: I really can't join community servers and valve servers in casual mode.
it started to retry connection so i follow this video in youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xdnGXhXF8jU and this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V7SJQx99WXM
I deleted my steam files except steam.exe and steamapps file and it worked! but when I launch my tf2 servers not showed up and casual servers too :(
