Hey all!
I updated the unusual effects part of the original nohats! This includes the new EoTL effects. You can use it with or without Hrbls' NoHats.

(Hrbls, feel free to bundle it with the NoHats if you wish.)
Edit: Be aware that sometimes, just as Tricky X's version, it doesn't work and you need to restart TF2.
