and while I will admit Origin has it's problems, I couldn't care less about them, because all I'm using the client for is to launch a game. That means starting up Origin and clicking a button...

All you're doing Mike is further proving his point about how annoying and immature you are with your responses. I have no idea who you are and have an unbiased opinion about you but what I'm seeing here, is not very presentable in anyway.
frknKhaiyou can shoot one or two rockets while jumping and one right as you land, the more people they have "dealing with you" the more people you're damaging with your bombif they're clumped together which should be avoided. One rocket in air for 50 and then another when landing for 100. Maybe a second one in air for another 50, I suppose so 200.
But if the roamer jumps on your demo and nobody else deals with him he will win that fight unless the demo has sick air pipes and that is not a good trade, correct?
I think (now correct me if I'm wrong Khai) that Khai is not so much trying to say, leave the demo to himself. But that if a large portion of your team diverts their attention to that soldier, if even for a little while, the rest of the enemy team is still there able to act.
You gotta realize during the seconds the soldier is bombing, there are other things happening around you. A couple seconds of having 3 or more players look and take down one guy is more than enough time for an enemy demo to capitalize and start getting aggression with the rest of his team.
You need to kill the soldier, yes, however focusing EVERYTHING on him is exactly what he wants if even only for a couple seconds. Because like stated earlier, an ACTUAL coordinated team will take advantage of that small opening and crush you during the midfight.
As for plus forwarding scouts, I find them to be incredibly easy to shutdown once you figure out where they are coming from. Having your scout have presence within the path the enemy scout is taking can sometimes just scare him off from going into your demo in the first place, if not force the scout to confront your player and take him out with ease given the right help ie: rocket/sticky spam.
At least that's how I look at it.

I'd just like to clarify something.
Other people have spoken publicly about trying to get an IM roster. For example:
downpourWe're going to try and secure a roster in IM, however if you know that your team is not going to live through the off season and your roster is IM capable I would greatly appreciate your help.
And have not had people criticize them in any way about the subject, and I know what you're thinking: "But that's runaway5, they deserve to be in IM" Yes, but it's not entirely the same team back in S11. And it is very much the same situation for this team, 3 members of our team have all played with each other in the past. Namely on Juanetic/Sinners Truck Problems.
But as it stands, r5 will not be the same r5 from s11, they will have different players. I'm not harping on r5 and telling you to give them the same treatment, because I believe they SHOULD go to IM and definitely deserve it.
It's just this confuses me on how the reaction can be so different for almost the same circumstances.
I have no problem playing in Open at all and I am by no means using this as an excuse to "not play in open" but just think about what I've said. Because it's just the huge difference in reactions that baffles me. I hope I haven't offended anyone because all I'm doing is pointing out what already doesn't make any sense to me, if you can explain that to me I'd appreciate it.

Always been helpful to me whenever I had a question to ask randomly. Definitely a smart and devoted roamer with incredible aim from what I've seen. Give him the team he deserves.
clam is a legend, and will brighten up your day with his charm. Also he can wreck shit up with the scattergun.

Freddy tears it up on demo with high damage numbers.
Reimu and Freddy both have a ton of experience within the game, so if you're looking for a strong group of players that will improve a ton over the season from the level they are already at, this is the team for you.
With the right soldiers and medic, they could easily take open by storm.
Pugged with him a few times, seemed really dedicated to improving and has a pretty decent grasp on what's going on during the game.
