My friend from an arena server introduced me to highlander. I hated it, but he told me it was the only mode I could play because 6's was too hard. One day I decided to try playing a 6's lobby.

Sleshwhen i get crushed by people that i consider as worse than me, it just gets really frustrating, i tend to throw, and i just can't get any better...
If they're beating you it means they're doing something right, and evidently more consistently given that you're the one writing this post. So don't assume they're worse because you've had days where your DM is better.
Consistency in gaming, like any other skill, is built with practice. If you're going to get frustrated every time you lose then throw, you're not doing anything to fix your problem of inconsistency.
I'm assuming you wrote this because you have the will to become more consistent with your aim, or plays. You should probably start with you attitude, it's like 75% of the battle to improvement. Capnfapn's right, you need to be in the chillzone. :)
