Makes it weirder why TF2 allowed viewmodels to be disabled in the first place though, but maybe it's just because Valve considered it a casual game at the time.hookyFor the record, CSGO also forces viewmodels.Counterstrike has had forced viewmodels ever since the very first CS, TF2 has had 7 years of now viewmodels until this dumb change came around.
CS is a pretty viewmodel heavy game unlike TF2. It makes no sense to even disable them in CS while in TF2 they're kind of negligible.
