dx8 graphics on dx9

So what exactly is the difference between dx8 and using dx9 with this setting. I like the look of dx8 but I would like to see sheens on weapons, and ubers flashing near the end while keeping the higher fps dx8 gives.

This whole post is just riddled with fallacy. "Consistently crazy logs are fishy though." Maybe he's just good? I mean he did get Steel Allstar. I know the Allstar games are a popularity contest for the most part, but he did deserve his spot.
As for the 2nd part of your statement. Why isn't it normal? Watch the POV. we played passively and held really really well. Ron and I took care of the main doors while Lt and Oneal shut down their flank. It was amazing. The top scorers of our defensive hold were Ron, me, and Lt. He never died because we backed up at the proper times and he got kills because we held really well.
Also, Ron's post above just says it all.
You're telling me every single team DAT plays against is incredibly unorganized and don't know how to focus fire?
I mean it's possible but the chances of that being the case is extremely unlikely.
About your point saying maybe if he's just good.
If he is that good he wouldn't be playing in steel or silver

AvastI've just updated my client and have been pubbing in valve servers for the past 10-15 minutes, and so far I've had no issues whatsoever.
Did you restart your computer after updating it?
Because my ping was spiking today but I believe that has to do with my internet just being bad rather than the client update

I heard the scoreboard ping is the straight ping to the server.
And the net graph ping has to do with ping to the server and some ping caused by your frames, graphics etc.

In college my classes ended at 12 PM PST every day except when I had lab which ended at 4 PST. I was able to a games to my hearts content since I had time to finish my homework before or after scrims since they are EST time usually.
I'm on summer break and have already not have time to a much more than 2 or 3 hours a day between looking for a job and doing work around the house to help my mom.
I imagine if I had bills to pay, shopping, errands, a family etc that time would be much less.
Even with my limited time playing I'll still play TF2 and have even been helping my dad learn stuff and teaching him how to play and get ready for pubs in the limited time I have

I think others can add people who don't have the features, they just can't add others.
For saloon.tf 2ould using trade offers work or does the bot have to be on the friends list to be able to send the offer/trade?
