Sometimes pugs are about improving. Or sometimes pugs are about socializing with other members of the community and/or just having fun. Believe it or not, sometimes playing with a team can be stressful, and some people want to play pugs outside of their team to blow off steam.

So if someone wants to offclass a bit here or there I don't see the harm in it. Full time offclass is annoying yes but I feel like the pug community is small enough to where you can simply have a conversation with the offender. If it's a problem, deal with it. But it shouldn't be banned outright.

I feel like you're giving mixed messages? On the one hand you said you're playing on a UGC team, but on the other hand your stream description explicitly states that you do not play competitive TF2 (see screenshot below).
