Then go to huddeathnoice and you can play with the settings
I've been editing there, you can change the height of each box and the gap between them but I can't find any way to change the border on the edges. Is there any other location that relates to kill feed?

Change the fonts
Updated for gun mettle
fixed alot of broke stuff
changed the main menu
added some loading gifs
and removed alot of shadows
and some other stuff I forgot

I had the same problem just go in to material/console and copy background_2fort.vtf and rename it background_material.vtf
