Now for the most important part of any CFG thread.
BENCHMARKS Date Taken: May 18th, 2015
Specs of PC used
CPU = i5 4670k @4.2GHz
GPU = ASUS R9 270x
RAM = 8 GB DDR3 @1600MHz
OS = Windows 7
All benchmarks are after I did my Guide up to step 7 (except personal best)

I didn't add Rhapsody's Config as he's setup his config in a way that's meant for users to edit it via certain key presses, so any benchmark I give for this wouldn't be true for all users.

Exactly the same as above, most of the commands I changed are related to threading in TF2.
Max FPS for Potatoes and Toasters (I upscaled these to 1080i just to give people an idea of how bad this really looks on most monitors)

FAQ
Q: What is the best OS for FPS?
A: Technically speaking Linux, but for most users it's actually Windows 8.1
Q: How much time have you put into this?

Q: My Game is stuttering a lot? (Laptop Users)
A: Add a FPS cap I typically recommend around fps_max 132
Q: Why is m_rawinput set to 0? (I've commented this section out)
A: Certain programs are not compatible with it, some OS's don't work well with it, and some people use alternative versions of rawinput that can't have this on.
Q: How/Where can I add you at?
A: If you can't figure this out you probably shouldn't add me.
Q: Why are my map textures strobing?
A: You're probably running an Nvidia card while in DX 8, either switch to DX 9 or in some cases update your driver.
Q: What does "x" command do?
A: I may or may not know ask below.
Q: I'm crashing a lot and I don't know why?
A: If you're not using my Stable or Toaster versions, odds are it's cause you have a below quad-core cpu OR having a DX 9 error OR you crashed when alt+tabbing and should take out -dxlevel from the launch options.

Rhapsody - If he didn't post a config awhile back that I thought he messed up pretty badly on I probably wouldn't have released mine. That and he helped me with a lot of testing / finding some new commands.
The Regime / Moose - Without having played on this team or spoken with Moose I wouldn't have found this config, or had much reason to update it.
All of you - Reason why I still update this, and have decided to make more configs to fit a wider array of users.
