#26 How to reduce wrist tiring? in Off Topic

I've been playing around with switching my desk setup, and found that if I angle my keyboard monitor and mousepad at 45° I have a more comfortable movement for my arm, which helps

1jayydo you stretch for every 2 hours of gaming and do pregame warmup stretches?

What kind of stretches would you recommend?

ScrewBLower your sense until you are mostly using your elbow for large movements.

I already do that, but smaller movements I do with my wrist, which is causing the issues

#1 How to reduce wrist tiring? in Off Topic

After switching to a significantly lower sens (3.2 to 2.6), I can hit much more shots and do better at pretty much everything.

At least in the first 30 minutes. I find my wrist/lower arm starting to hurt pretty quickly, and after a while it will physically hurt too much to play more.

What can I do to alleviate this? Is there some kind of excercise or trick? I don't really want to give up the benefits in performance from lowering my sens if I don't have to

#9 mouse recommendations in Hardware

Got a logitech G703 wireless mouse. It's great in every aspect except build quality, feels rather cheap for a 70 euro mouse. It's comfortable and light weight, and not having a cord is great, I can recommend it if you like the small form factor.
