Well gentlemen, you were right. I couldn't pull it off, such a shame because it seemed like a good idea. Maybe one day, one of you guys can take the idea and pull it off better than I did. Just needed more organization and people who'd show up. The funny thing is out of all communities, GameFaqs had the most faith in me. This will probably be my last post because I'm not a comp player. Since we're missing a lot of players for this, I'm going to do clearance mode. The first person who votes for a player in the class, I'll invite that player. I'd appreciate it that you make sure that player has a twitter/twitch/email or some way I can contact them besides steam.

Send a friend invite to someone who probably has a full friends list, and has no idea who I am or what I'm trying to do, just to give them a simple message. Gee, I wonder why I hadn't tried that before. Oh wait, I did, and that's why I'm here now.

Yeah I highly doubt star and jerma will show for this (I"m not even sure how to contact them). Stabby might since he frequents SPUF often but I won't be surprised if he doesn't.

Am I missing something or is everyone voting HL teams. Shouldn't we be voting 6s teams or are those teams okay with splitting up.

Good news everyone! I found someone to host the tournament so it won't be a terrible experience. Also, the tournament is planned to start next week.

Actually, the official thread is the one on SPUF, which is the place where I first presented the idea and where I met the man who will be hosting it.

Great, the tourney will probably be some time next week and my pal has to provision the server first so I can't tell you the IP just yet. Also, do people want to practice or something first? And do we have to provide a server for practicing?

Edit: Game is set to be next friday 11 am PDT and a second at 2 pm PDT. If they can get a team, Tf TV is going against iOgaming. If not, then they're versing the champion of the SPUF and Gamefaqs matches.

Slight change of plans, to ensure a balanced battle, it'd probably be best if Tf TV only brought 6 players, pubstars vs pros style. It'd also help if those players didn't pick their mains.

If someone volunteers to stream and cast it, sure. The dates are around next week; the people in are whoever gets the most votes and can participate. Me and whoever wants to help is organizing this and you're experiencing the making of a tourney between websites.
