Trotz21I reckon 2nd and 3rd in Grandmaster should be higher than 1st (and 2nd if 3rd in GM).
Possibly think of adjusting the key winnings or only giving top 2 keys in Novice to avoid sandbagging.
GM should certainly have a better pool for their top 3 than top 2 of novice.
