It started happening in the third half, storm had assured us it was better, so we kept going. Backup wasn't around.

MumaKresnikWas specifically centered around streamers that season it seemed.It's pretty silly to me that you're blaming this on saloon.tf and not the fact that multiple members of your team were streaming the match, when you clearly have stated that last season the problems came from streamers.

Storm wasn't streaming. So it seems odd that he was targeted when someone else is streaming, and not the server.

I'm not letting anyone stream scrims/matches for the rest of the season anyway. I want to avoid this as much as possible.

What does that mean Muma?Shit that was worded awfully. I'm just saying a lot of the top plat matches, at least from last season, had a lot of trouble with ddos attacks, and that was when saloon wasn't around.

Was specifically centered around streamers that season it seemed.

Still, me, and everyone else on this team, play the game for fun. DDOSing and being unable to play the game, is not fun.

I want to take every precaution to make this never happen again. So, ideally, no saloon, no streaming. I switched servers to a DDOS protected server. I just wanna fucking play videogames.

Storm called his ISP and confirmed that it was an attack.

I'd really like none of our matches to be on Saloon from now on.

komorebiJuneKresnik you can change the KND button in GameMenu.res
how would I change what server that button joins
go to gamemenu.res in resource and find the button. the button will look something like this:
"whatever the button name is"
	{
		"label" " X " 
		"command" "engine connect _____________"
        	"tooltip" "join X server"
	}
just change the IP (where it says "connect" and then a string of numbers) to the IP of whichever server you want to connect to.

Alternatively, I just have it aliased to JoinHomeServer

So if you go to your autoexec and set up your server alias to be that, that button will work. (Though it'll be named KND until you change it in gamemenu)

Astrin_I know this probably isn't the right place to ask this but could someone please help me?

So I recently found a HUD that I really like but I looked EVERYWHERE to find it and I could seem to find it.

One streamer twitch.tv/nurseytf2 uses it. It's a combo of http://imgur.com/a/ppXat and https://huds.tf/bwhud.

Since this is my personal version, there's some things you might wanna change.

HUD Crosshair, Text below ammo + health, and KND button on main menu.

You can change the hud crosshair in hudlayout.res, you can change the text appearing by changing the animations for titlehealth and titleammo in hudanimations to "Blank", and you can change the KND button in GameMenu.res

I was at this show too, it was great.

Haven't been to too many, but my favorite was probably seeing Reel Big Fish a few years ago in NYC (not sure where, I've seen them a few places)

A little bit after I was added about doing a HL showmatch, I was told it'd be against mTs. Upwards of two weeks later, we were talking about it in our mumble, and moof (who leads mTs) had literally no clue they were playing in anything at all.

If you want to donate, make absolutely sure it's done directly to the charity. No middlemen.
