Did you use BootCamp from your OS X disc? If so, that's really old and the newer version should make your life better. You'll probably have to update to a newer OS X version, that will support the new BootCamp. I think...Mavericks is free anyways. What are the specs on your Mac? If you go the newer BC route, I would delete your windows 8 partition and start from scratch, post-OS X update. Also, why not just install Windows 7 instead? (I ran TF2 on my MacBook Pro for years, so I'm trying to be as much help as possible.)

This is exactly what pre-season should be. Give our tried and true TF2 map makers some legit feedback so our map pool doesn't die. The only way we'll get new maps of "official" quality is to play the betas or RC1's in a structured atmosphere, so they can be reviewed and given feedback.
