Dyl4NOnly 8 open teams currently have enough players paid, so people need to hurry up and please don't wait till the last second deadline. We need 17 to save open, thats 9 more.
There are a good amount of teams that have 4 or 5 people paid though, so I think we will be fine. Obviously, that doesn't mean they will play, but I feel confident most will.
For anyone not at the meeting, these unbans were very heavily discussed and are not necessarily going to stick. I don't necessarily agree or disagree with any of the decisions, but many of the people talking during the meeting didn't want to unban these items. They are going to playtest to see how much they are used, and if they are, if it affects the flow of the game in a negative way. Similar to last change when the base jumper and atomizer were unbanned, and after like 2 days of people scrimming with it, it got rebanned. That's just my 2 cents on the subject.
My man EA Sports...easily high open or even IM...the guy pounds...super chill in comms...just don't sit by him at LAN as he is likely to "accidentally" unplug your computer

Most of us are in this game to play for fun, I'm sure between your entire network of friends you can find good replacements. You just have to be realistic and realize that you won't have the same chemistry with new players and set lower goals than what you were perhaps looking towards with your old roster.
It actually saddens me now how I actually didn't take any action to help save our team, I'm going to try and scavenge some people to play the remainder of our upcoming matches, maybe nothing might come of it, but at least I'll know I somewhat tried, right?
Yeah Dia, it's not like we all hated each other's guts...but the few of us that were burnt out have been playing for so long, and we are ready to take a break, or be done...it was nothing on anybody on our team as to why we died...it's unfortunate that it happened right after 2 losses, so people think we just quit because we were losing, but it's been true for weeks that we haven't wanted to scrim, demo review, etc. We're just tired.

I don't know him personally so I don't know his comms or attitude in mumble...but when I have scrimmed against him in the past, he pounds, whether on scout or roamer.
Don't know much about his 6s play, but played hl with him...solid comms, good game sense...and will make spy plays that makes plat spies jealous...good pickup for a low-mid open team
Hey York, knowing you personally, you are a great guy. If things didn't work out, that's okay, there are plenty of girls out there. You are a really chill guy and I've enjoyed playing TF2 with you for the last few seasons. I know exactly how you feel, but in some amount of time, you will feel better. It is different for every person, but knowing you, you'll be back in the game in no time. Keep on trucking kid.

If you are as good as you think you are proto, you probably shouldn't be playing in a silver/open tournament anyway, plus I doubt the Panda Pug admins are going to want you playing in this tournament if you are going to be like that.
