The point that I think Brimstone is trying to make is to encourage promptness to joining the pug. Sometimes you'll be stuck waiting for a teammate for over 5 minutes to join the server because they're finishing up an MGE or trying to complete a jump course and you'll either have to @ them in pugchamp chat or have someone message them on steam to confirm if they're coming or should be subbed out.

And just subbing people out at little to no notice from the captain (or your teammates to an extent) is a bit of a scummy thing to do, but there's nothing against doing it.

In all seriousness 1-4 (maybe 5th also) might be too close to call. Depending on who your top 4 (or 5) are. NOIR and my team have gone back and forth in scrims on many maps. Same goes for us against other teams but I haven't looked that much into the head to head results of other teams against other highly rated teams

Edit: From what I've been told, it's an error on FACEIT's end. Not sure of an ETA as to when this will be fixed.

If one or 2 beginners don't comply and are allowed to get away with it, other people are very likely going to jump to the conclusion of "well if they're not complying and getting punished then I don't have to because I won't get punished, right?"

It makes the admins that don't enforce it look bad and likely showing favoritism/signs of corruption. You can have your opinions about what "corrupt" actually means but all that the admin team is tasked with doing is complying with and enforcing the rules.

You only need to have the avatar on your faceit profile. It's been a part of the rules since the platform started.

Even though the community is small there are a number of players that don't know other people or what classes they main, especially in beginner. Change it, then message an admin and you'll be allowed to play.
