FritoBecause I saw giraffe in a pug on DanceNumber's stream earlier today. If this is a people problem or if it's glitched is what I want to know and I'm just curious because if it is a people problem I don't know how.
No words.. This is a volunteer job and nobody should blame giraffe for playing instead of doing anything you expect him to do. He has no obligation to do anything and I don't even think it's in his scope. It's enough I had to get an alt to be able to play CS:GO while I was working on Saloon so people won't bug me during mms/doublemixes.

As for the payout problem not being fixed since I'm getting too many adds and emails titled "I CAN'T GET MY ITEMS FROM A CLOSED MATCH".

I quit TF2 to be able to enjoy my regular life and not be stressed the whole time. I'm the only one able to fix this shit, and no it's not extremely hard, but you can imagine that I had better things to do on Friday night and no adding me everywhere won't make me want to go home to fix shit ;) Even if it means you'll get your items one or two days later, but you'll get them. Just write a support ticket and your problem will be eventually resolved.
The fact that I'm still fixing stuff doesn't mean I'm the guy to add for whatever problem you have, cause to be honest the more I'm being assaulted by angry betters the more tired I'm with Saloon and less I care.

I was confused because I thought the man was stating it was a people problem, the right people haven't been on to handle it, but I thought everyone that could do it had already tried including the former owner of the site and, what i thought was, he creator of the bet. I dont know what goes on behind the scenes but when it was said they didnt have the right people because of time slots I didnt know who that could be since everyone tried and I was a bit worried if it would ever be able to be fixed. To whoever did it and tried I thank them for their work. I was not being angry nor did I want to sound mean or anything like that but I was just genuinely curious what exactly could be going on and I have zero beef with giraffe or anyone.

Unfortunately the number of people with access to the database / who can handle problems like this is limited and due to time-zone issues I'm not sure when they'll be back on. I have notified everyone I can; there isn't much more I can personally do, unfortunately.

The point about transparency is a very good one, we're currently discussing ways of being more open about when we're having difficulties, possibly a more active twitter or more frequent posts in this thread (maybe both?). We are trying our best, however. As geel said above, when the website is fully transferred over things should run much more smoothly. Thanks for your patience and my apologies for the continued issues.

Hasn't everyone and Cherry tried already? What exactly is going on guys? Did giraffe create the match, the only one I know adds esea matches? Is it going to take people working on it or are the people that can do it not available? Because I saw giraffe in a pug on DanceNumber's stream earlier today. bl4nkSwapping players onto different classes yet not having them play their roles and them trying to do their own thing was a huge throw. Also that round where we just took one playing 5v6 was a faggot move. Didn't feel like playing after that.

You guys looked so good early. Big fan of you and broking, think you guys will win playoffs! Can't be serious about that last part though, right? I assume you're joking. :p I'd recommend working on your last defence a bit, I'm a noob but it felt like Jodd once he gets dropped down from that pipe it's a real tough position to be in post uber, unless you move away which he didn't seem to be doing. just a thought; was mostly watching Muffin Pov.

Haha, yeah early on I was noticing you were on fire a little bit. We tended to go similiar games. I was on Highpander pretty big, thought the odds were more 75-25 but Tseini basically single handedly destroyed them. Didn't factor him in as much as I should've. Still I thought for sure Pander would play well. Guess that's what Chessclub betters thought too against Stacked. Going to be hard to keep me from betting the dog in the next showmatch lol. But much respect to ya.
That stacked bet was fairly easy tho, amazing odds as well, I just regret not going more all in, I mean, 15-85% odds for a basically mix team vs a stable team with a lot of chemistry? That's crazy, probably a lot of people just saw chessclub name and associated it with the ones who beat Highpander, what they didn't realise or didn't research was that it was the Chessclub Lan team (for deustshlan) which was comprised by like 3-4 people of the original roster + a mix of mid-top High players so of course they got rolled hard by a mid Prem but stable team like stacked.

I made most of what I lost back from Highpander there, but latter went on to lose it again by betting on Fnx against 4-25, to be fair I researched their pcws and both last pcws Fnx played against 4-25 they destroyed them pretty hard and the odds were crazy good to pass on (25-75 or something) so I just went all in on that, in hindsight it was a pretty close game and I would have made bank if I won that bet so I dont really regret it.

Since losing that, seeing as I lost most my keys and buds and had exams as well I put a little hold on betting, so I haven't been betting as much lately but the Yomies and Grime games won me a well needed bank to start betting again.

I was on Fnx until the odds shifted, just decided to switch to 4-25 because I'm a little more of a fan of them. :p Keep working on getting it back! :D Focus on school though!
