As far as comic comics go, Hawkeye's the best on-going from either DC or Marvel right now, IMO. Stars 2 Hawkeyes - Clint Barton and Kate Bishop - and they're both awesome.

Housing is a bit lighter than other mass market sticks and people tend to be divided on the sloping wrist rest, but otherwise it's a very solid budget option - already has Sanwa lever + buttons, which is as good as it gets for the parts.
I usually tell people interested in buying a stick to wait for fighting game majors, since retailers always run promo codes that can save you a good amount of money. But I'm not sure if they're all valid for Canada...
