Hey now there is an idea!
Hello guys,
So I was up last night until midnight with a group of lads getting our i58 tickets booked (if you do it now they are %15 off at the moment) and Hotels, Then someone mentioned they need to get a Kingston lock.
Now I have a few problems with this:
A. I do not have a Kingston lock port on my case, So are there any other ideas to bolt my computer to the table?
B. My side panels are hold together with thumb screws this would not stop thieves from stealing my fancy GPU or ram sticks, Any idea how I can lock my computers side panels?
C. What do the Insomnia staff do to stop people walking out with other peoples computers?
(Note: I would rather not go drilling into my case so I can install 2 big padlocks)
I'm not a massive security nut but I would rather make my first LAN event worry free and be confident no one has walked out Insomnia 58 with my computer or part of.
Any ideas on how to keep my computer safe and secure will be an amazing help for me.
I understand there is always some risk to taking your own computer to LAN but I would like to minimize that risk in anyway possible so I can enjoy the event with other TF2 Gamers and friends.
Thanks Ducky!
Was he on drugs or was he pissed?
SkyeWe queued into a few blatant hackers in the stress test this weekend. Most of the time their teammates were nice enough to leave so we wouldn't lose ELO (we tracked these people down and gave them beta passes!).
Canadians always being a fantastic and friendly group of guys as normal

Casted a high game today https://www.twitch.tv/teamfortresstv/v/55007190
First of all sorry for any players who names I mispronounced, I genuinely think I am slightly mentally retarded. Secondly I was very nervous and said "at the moment" a lot, those words trigger me now so I hope I will not make the same mistake again.
Was a lot of fun hopefully will do some more practice casts soon to work out the issues I have, thanks for the support so far, a lot of people messaging me feeding my ego, you only have yourselves to blame when I'm an unbearable cunt.
Sorry again for spamming the forums with this crap I'll stop if anyone wants me to.

BrenIf none of my fuckboy squad open lan team want to share a room with me I'll have a spare bed when I get round to booking, hit me up, I'd rather let someone who is actually playing at lan and can't afford accomodation stay tho
Also we might need two more people for our terribad lan team if anyone wants to join, helps if you can put up with aids brits.
Bren this is Stoges job to find Lan players :D
Tbh I'm going down with or without a Lan team if I get off my ass, so keep that bed reserved for me :*
Holy shit, That's amazing!
