I've done pretty much everything that youre supposed to do to install these crosshairs, but in my game im not getting a crosshair on any class. I have cl_crosshair_file "" and crosshair 1. Also im using rayshud and previously used a hud crosshair befroe uninstalling that and putting this one in. idk wtf is happening but im not getting a crosshair plz help

RentQNUse -autoconfig, then put host_writeconfig into the console so the blank config get's saved (otherwise the game might revert to your previous config after removing -autoconfig).
Then remove -autoconfig, start the game again, change settings, binds etc. how you want them and use host_writeconfig again.
The reason your binds don't save is probably because you forgot to remove -autoconfig from launch options, so the game loads a blank config every time.
just tried that. didn't work. also, anyone know why rhapsody's config is still part of my tf2 even though its been deleted from my tf folder?

Hey so i just wanted a bit of help from experienced config-ers as to why this is happening.
So I used to use rhapsody's config and ended up switching to comanglia's after a good while because I wanted a higher fps boost for tf2 using his "toaster" config.
Problem is, I think my tf2 is stuck on rhapsody's right now even though I deleted it from the cfg folder since I've been experiencing no change in fps or looks at all. I've tried using -autoconfig in launch options but it's not working. Also all my binds won't change if I try to. Anyone help?
