in theory I can't see why you wouldn't run the loch'n'load over stock
The 1 pipe makes a difference for sure, but if demos actually practiced with the loch'n'load I can see them hitting way more pipes than would be possible with stock, and for that reason alone it seems like an upgrade.
It might be harder to spam with though

There have been several false VAC bans in the past. I'm not saying I believe this person, but I don't automatically assume they're lying.
False positives usually happen in big waves, he's literally the only one having this problem with a "Dark Souls mod", and can't prove he's actually not cheating.
Lot's of people use cheat engine and play TF2, not a lot of people who use some dark souls mod run TF2 because it's going to be a lot more obscure. Have you considered the possibility that only the 'big waves' get enough attention to get a reversal?

He doesn't have to, do you really trust a system that can ban you with no way to appeal, and no transparency whatsoever? This is almost actual money we're talking about here.

Ways to discourage stalemating in 5cp

randoI think a lot of the stalemates come from demonan traps. Having 8 stickies you can pretty much hold two chokes and force the other team to use uber just to get in without dying. If demo could only place 4-5 stickies it would be much easier to find the trap and push a different direction.
If we get pre-nerf stickies back I'd be ok with this. Also remove the ridiculous detonation delay when you switch to melee.
