cl_hud_minmode 1 for a little bit of extra breathing room on the hud elements? i personally like having hud tunnelvision but this is a bit more akin to huds like broesel :)
i also turned down the transparency on the drop shadows, so still good for visibility but dont ruin the asthetics as much
looking good! I'll probably give it a shot once you release it :)

I don't get your point, of course he will be banned. As long as ban request has been made a moderator will review it and then take action. Typically bans are handled in that manner, although it is possible a mod reading this thread will find the evidence posted sufficient and ban the player.
If you want to see the reasons players can/will be banned read their rules section. (once the site is back up). It covers almost 99% of cases where someone might get banned.
Aside from that this thread is about getting this player banned on etf2l so he doesn't cheat in officials.

messiahit actually boggles my mind when people post what they changed to the main menu of tf2 or a change to the spectator and people want download links to it. like you don't even know what the rest of the hud looks like
specially to the changes that are just to the stream list... like do you actually use that rather than twitch itself??
some people just like to tweak UI's even if it doesn't change functionality significantly.
look at rainmeter, android launchers, uxtheme.dll patchers, etc...
personally I don't really care if the main menu of a hud is super fancy, as long as the ingame UI is good, but other people enjoy that kinda stuff.
