Seems like the connection is failing everytime it gets to a certain point when I run tracert. I'll try again late at night and see if its just my isp's servers being busy.

Hey, when streaming sometimes it will work completely fine, and other times I will get 100% of my frames dropped. I have no idea what would be causing this.
My internet:

OBS settings:
any help would be appreciated.
I find it weird that my bit rate drops to 0kb/s
I've tried lowering the bitrate to 2000, and the error persists.
