If you want to get the most energy from eating before you play, eat a nice balanced dinner/lunch w.e. 30 minutes before you play. It takes at least that long for the body to start gaining energy from it, as opposed to the initial lose of energy required to break down the food.

Best HUD crosshair? crosshair combination?

years of research have lead my to believe that using this crosshair will cause you to never miss.

Source: I have tried over 400 different team fortress 2 crosshairs, as well as some crosshairs from other games such as golden eye, counter strike source, donkey kong 64, and halo reach.
