The killfeed remains black for local player actions even with these settings enabled. This issue is not present in newer demos.

WiethoofdTry the following:Forcing the killfeed to update and auto track the target you're spectating to be the local player should work with any STV demo regardless of age.ce_killfeed_continuous_update 1 ce_localplayer_enabled 1 ce_localplayer_track_spec_target 1
I'll try this today. Thank you!
i'm trying to watch the demos from i52 and i want localplayer to work but the localplayer setting on castingessentials doesn't seem to work on older demos. i tried downloading statusspec to see if that would work but it seems it doesnt work anymore even on old demos.
any help would be appreciated.
you'd best set aside an hour and a half for that gpit bo3 then.
Will work on this at the weekend. Hopefully you like the result.
i can do it as well

any chance we can get this updated? pyro update broke it.
e: a workaround for the time being is to update the property in info.vdf (in lawena's hud) to 2, which fixes the HUD in game but will break the main menu and tools menu.
it's nice, but not 460 days nice.
they also didn't actually fix pyro as a class, only made it slightly better.
seems to be too early to say. we're gonna do a pyro mix later on and see how it plays out though
Heny€60 One week of mentoring by Prof. Nuze.
i must have this
i feel like they're going to change the majority of unlocks in day 4.
it would be pretty nice if we ended up with a huge distinction between pre- and post-pyro update tf2.
