Go to speedtest.net, works great for testing your speed i live in california and for about 2-3 weeks now ive been getting ping spikes aswell internet going out alot, its not just me though and its not my computer/server im on its my internet 1 sec it'll be 20 mega bite s then 1 mega bite and i lag like shit, and its totally random, fucking sucks D:

So this kinda follows up to my last thread (sorry about the bad placement of "," and "." im a horrible speller xD) I finally found out how to open hudlayout.res (quite easy actually im just stupid) i get it open and theres tons of dif things but all i want is to make it wear i have a little black ring around my crosshair, i was told you just change the visible thingy from 0 to 1 and it should work, but it didnt and i dont know which thing to change from 0 to 1 for that, theres many things that i could change from 0 to 1 like "cross" "cross with dot" "round bracket with dot" "round bracket without dot" etc, anyone know how i can just get a little black ring around my crosshiar (like the one max.ginyu! uses)

So i felt like getting better at sniper and i was talking to guy i know that is a plat sniper "max.ginyu!" and i asked him where he got this little black ring around his crosshair he said it came with his hud so i downloaded the hud and i found out to get it i need to edit some shit in "hudlayout.res" and then i find out i need a "text editor program" to open it the problem is i cant find any programs that work and or i just cant find one, anyone who knows of a program (could provide download link possible) would really help :D thanks.
