My keyboard's top row doesn't work

Try the reset switch, if that doesn't work try to get a RMA. When a row or column stops working it's usually an issue with the keyboard controller, usually need to reflow solder to one of the pins. It is much easier getting a replacement that trying to do this yourself & it would void warranty
