SideshowHallowIf he's omnipotent there isn't a thing so heavy he can't lift it. It comes down to if by omnipotent you mean the world in which he resides is unlimited to him, or if he can still be limited by the laws of the world but omnipotent within it.
If he can't create something that is so heavy he can't lift it - if that is impossible for him - he isn't omnipotent. That's the paradox.

If a being has the ability to do anything, then that means it has the ability to give itself a limit, therefore not actually being able to do anything, while still actually being able to do anythingIsn't that flawed though? If he can do anything then he obviously can't put a limit on himself, no one can. That's what defines his abilities. It doesn't actually mean he can't do anything. It just changes the definition of anything. If someone by definition can do anything then limiting him is impossible. 'Anything' does not include 'limiting himself', since it's inherently impossible.
I don't think you understand what he means, I'll give an example, an omnipotent being making something so heavy even he can't lift it.

With being yourself I mean, don't talk like you do to your friends, since he doesn't talk to girls that's the only we he knows himself, because where I see it going wrong a lot is guys immidiately forcing their opinions unto a girl, instead of getting to know eachother, if that makes sense.
Someone who doesn't talk about videogames or nerdy hobbies or your political views/whatever. Unless she explicitly states she wants to talk about any of those because for 90% of the women that's just a no-go, it's like a girl starting a conversation about horses or make-up or something along those lines when you meet her for the first time, not something you want to talk about.
