DontubermeDaggerturn your wheel to the right when parking on a downwards hill, and to the left on an upwards hill (i think to the left on a flat road)
This is wrong. Steering wheel always gets turned towards the curb when parking on a slope. you want your car to run in to the curb and not traffic if it should roll.
i just took the permit test, and I was confused by this too. I thought turning your wheels towards the curb would make more sense, but apparently its toward the street when uphill.

Glad you are looking to get into the competitive scene, its quite the addiction.
You might want to try looking on this website wwww.ugcleague.com , where there are people who have around the same amount of experience as you, but you might want to play the game a little more in order to get ready to tryout for a team. Try looking for an iron team first, scout is a good class to start off with. Good luck!
