I think switching configs is relatively easy compared to everything else that goes into production. I just have different configs zipped in my custom folder and I'll simply unpack whatever cfg I need and delete the other. unless your launch options are extremely weird you won't have to alter more than a few commands in there

I'm sorry! It's very hard to keep track of people when you get a bunch of new friend requests every day.

If people are interested I've been thinking about doing a stream where I review different observers and talk about what they're doing right and wrong in my opinion. Sort of like a demo review for observers.

We have another big community tournament, so why not make a fragmovie out it?

Simply submit your demos with ticks to this thread of any cool highlights that you get while playing in the tournament, and if it's good enough I'll put it in a video! I'll accept frags from both week 1 and week 2

Make sure you include your alias and tick of the action, and optionally a short description of the play. Whether you put everything in the demo name or include a separate text document is up to you.

Same. Sometimes you can simply close it using the task manager and that will solve the issue without crashing TF2. New webhelper apps will open back up but hopefully they don't lag you out to the same degree

The jetpack. Landing on people's head and doing 70+ damage will never not be funny to me
