Just make sure the standoffs are aligned and in the right spots.

Yeah, assuming you get activity with just the PSU connected to the motherboard, just unplug literally everything and add things back one at a time, powering on after each part has been added. Once it doesn't power on after something new was connected, you'll find the issue (fan, connector, etc.).

If you're certain everything is in the proper spot, I'd unplug each part and connector and reseat it all to make sure nothing is loose. Also double-check the standoffs.

If everything is snug, one of the parts or connectors may be bad. I recently had some trouble when changing my mobo, turns out of the USB connectors was faulty and prevented the PC from powering on. I had to remove everything then test each part and connector one-by-one to finally find the faulty connection. It's fine without that connector plugged in, but troubleshooting was tedious.

I'm interested in playing soldier in S21, pocket or roamer, with a mid-high open team. Or scout (?) on a low-mid team. I have a season plus a handful of matches in ESEA, did a season in CEVO a while back, etc. Most of my league experience is on pocket.

There's a lot of positive chemistry between these four players. Klyph0rd has a good instinct for medic, squid plays a smart soldier, lights is always diligent about keeping the flank under control, and KootyKat has strong comms.

I strongly recommend this bunch for any committed player looking to have fun while improving!

I had a similar connectivity problem a while back, but I can't remember the exact circumstances anymore. The fix was to disable Steam Cloud and then verify TF2's game cache. Just putting that out there, if you haven't tried already.
