As Im still new to pugchamp I would say rktKING seems to be ready for mid open as a scout. DM is good comms are alright and hes good at listening. My tip to you from what ive seen is to not bot as much and to pick your fights a bit better.

After talking to console reading comments and taking criticism, I'd like to move this team to mid open until I am for sure high open.

thanks for the feedback everyone i doappreciate criticism of all kinds that isn't toxic. I'm not playing a dm class and have gone under over 2 months of mentoring on medic and still looking for another one as my current one is moving on from tf2 who has said I've been improving at a rapid rate on medic and that I should play high open. I understand how hard high open will be and especially managing it. As I have no experience outside of ugc I feel it would be unfair to just disclose all players who dont. I still have a lot of improvement on medic woth game sense and such but I still have a month to get a team out together and work out what we need to do. Like I said earlier I do appreciate all criticism and appreciate all of your suggestions and comments. :) also my division in tf2pl should be set aside you cant carry a team on medic:(

Hello all I'm making a ESEA open team
Were looking for tryouts on everything but med and subs for all classes
We would scrim 3-5 times a week not including pregame matches
I might be able to pay for one other player
We use discord
We have a team mentor, ScrewB https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198036166266/ who has a lot of experience and said he would be glad to help
Id prefer that you have a season of ESEA but this isnt a requirement however you must have at least 1 season of UGC and it has to be a winning season (at least 4 wins). People with a season of ESEA will be given higher priority for tryouts then those with no ESEA season
A mic is required people with out one will not be aloud to tryout.
So those are all the requirements and I would be glad to tryout anyone who meets them

Fun team. Could easily make mid open and with a few tweaks high open.

vulcan has good dm and comms but can get somewhat toxic and butt hurt over stupid things
not a bad pick up in my opinion

other then comms steph is alright. i wouldnt mind picking her up

after playing with viking for a while i think i can give some good insite
pros: wants to improve and has a high will for it
cons: incredibly toxic bad dm and his will to improve is taken away from it also his gamesense is horrid
I would recommend that you play dm and get a mentor. Your rage and toxicity is incredible and you need to stop if you ever want to get into a team

You do not want to pick this man up. He builds a big hype for a team and gets really excited then rage quits to desperately make an LFT. He throws a temper tantrum and if you ever say anything against him he will call you bad and toxic. He makes teams and kills them even with good players because he thinks he can find a better team then if he gets cut or doesnt make it he makes an LFT.
