really? whats the skill range for CEVO Amateur?

I know CEVO has an amateur league but I was looking for other alternatives besides CEVO to start off. And I heard ESEA isn't worth paying for until you know you are good enough so ESEA-O isn't really an option for me yet I guess.

how come i havent found any leagues/tournaments for NA CS besides:

Faceit (Trash tier)
Cevo
ESEA

why is everything only available for EU and will this ever change?
