Looking for a med mentor, as I am starting my first complete season in open. I am mostly looking for someone to review demos with from the perspective of a medic and occasionally pop in to make some comments with my team. Hello everyone,
I am looking for both a roamer and pocket for esea season 22. This will be our first season as a team although most of us have had some open experience. Our main goal is to essentially build a team this season that is committed to improvement - meaning demo reviews and mentoring etc... We are aiming to create a calm non-hostile environment but all players should be prepared to give and receive constructive criticism. We are not expecting to be high open or make playoffs this season but are trying to gain experience and climb up the ranks for next season and onward. We are not looking for prior open experience but will want to have a few tryout scrims and talk with you to see if you will be a good match for our team.
