If you come from tftv,. I implore you, Look inside yourself. Ask yourself this: Is rgl really worth my time and my money? I guarentee at least 50% of you are tired of rgl making the same mistakes. Having awful opinions day in and day out. Like why is there even a rule for what I say in MY SCRIMS. They are not rgl sanctioned??? RGL does not give me a server, so they can't tell me what to say in that scrim. It's rules like this and many more rules that are the problem. It's not just the admins! I want to emphasize this point, It's not entirely the admins faults they are just following the rules(besides reno) Look at any other pro league, and I mean a real pro league. Their rules don't tell us how to act. Their rules don't tell us what we can and can't do ethically. They prioritize GAMEPLAY. something that rgl doesn't really care about at all. they just want to be nazis who control how their community acts, all in the name of "creating a safe place". Create my nutsack rgl. Look rgl I'll be honest with you. You want a succesful league, get me to write your rules for you. Msg me on my email, I won't tell anyone what I'm doing it will be between me and you, okay? I will help save your league and I don't ask anything in return. if there was no thread the ban would have been maintained, you consistently only go back on retarded decisions when theres public backlash which is why people believe these threads have to be made.

why did you ban someone for sending you a trollface on discord when the only recourse anyone else would have had is "If someone is harassing you, just block them" seems like you feel pretty fucking superior using your ban powers when someone is annoying to you

rgl surveys are literally a fucking joke, and you take the results of them as gospel.

people are talking about their div admin who decide things like forfeit wins and allowing/disallowing ringers, not the admins who make decisions like banning aim for streaming a match, banning a team for throwing because they played a class that doesn't conform to that admin's ideal form of tf2, or any other of the dozens of retarded bans that have been done.

theres been so many clear cases of admins abusing their power in rgl its become a joke to the community at this point.

arguing for random demo checks under the logic of "it discourages cheaters because they might get randomly requested" is incredibly stupid. maybe in a real league, but with rgl you have an anti-cheat team that watches 3 dozen mxr demos and concludes he isn't cheating, there is a 0% chance of them discovering a cheater off a random demo check, short of someone spinbotting in the first 30 seconds of the demo

how on earth does it encourage you to play smart? don't get in the pyros face? genuinely what do you mean by this

you don't have to do this to be competent at scout/demo/soldier/engie/spy/heavy, theres lower divisions for a reason and people who don't want to/can't put in the time to improve don't have to in order to have a good time. unless you're talking about pubs but then what does "somewhat skilled variation of the game" mean? are pubs a "skilled variation" of tf2?
