Hey guys if you guys didn't know, twitchtv mobile app is really bad and tf2 rarely gets put on there. Also if you go to the internet app in the galaxy s3 to watch a stream, it will show a " [ ? ] or a puzzle piece" meaning that you are missing a plugin. My brother has found the Adobe Flash player mobile plugin to let you watch streams in good quality and performance through the mobile internet. It is not available in the play store.

IMPORTANT:
I'M NOT SURE IF IT WORKS FOR OTHER PHONES. ONLY TRIED IT FOR GALAXY S3.
WARNING: IF YOU USE GOOGLE CHROME APP ON MOBILE THE PLUGIN WILL NOT WORK.

Follow these steps if you want to watch streams through teamfortress.tv or twitch:
1) Open up your internet app on your mobile.

2)Open this link up:
http://www.androiddrawer.com/7633/download-adobe-flash-player-11-11-1-115-34-app-apk/

3)Scroll down to the green box with the android robot on it and touch the box to download.

4)Open it up when download is complete.
*If an error occurs or you accidently cleared the download. Go to Myfiles or Downloads and try to open it from there.

5)After opening it. It should ask you to choose an Internet app or any other app depending on what app you use (depending on if your options for internet is on always or just once) . It will work on the actual internet app and Firefox app but it will not work on chrome app.

6)Once you choose the app desired. It will bring you to another link, a settings page in the Adobe flash player website. You can just close that page.
*Don't mess around with anything on that page unless you know what you are doing.

7) Slide the top of your screen down as if you are lowering the brightness and make sure screen rotation is turned on to watch stream in fullscreen.

8) Go to teamfortress.tv or twitch tv and touch a stream.

9) The video will say touch to interact, touch it to watch stream.

10) Rotate screen sideways and enjoy the stream in fullscreen.

Hopefully this well help everyone that wants to watch the stream through mobile :)!
Enjoy!
