How do i install this cross hair https://code.google.com/p/otl-tf2hud/downloads/detail?name=Hud_FullScreenxhair.zip , on PV hud ?
I've never done this before :c

Dude, it has instructions in it.

Choose what your aspect ratio is, and copy paste what is in the file into your hudlayout.res, which is in tf/scripts
