Red/Black Flashes and Disabled Fire + Viewmodels

Title says it all, I get random red and black flashes on key presses, as well as viewmodels are disabled and first-person fire particles.
This started to happen after I swapped to yz50's config and hud, but has persisted even after reinstalling TF2 and removing the hud. I now use ScizHud with konrwings. I am not running OpenPlugin either
This is a demo of the flashes and fire, which I hope will be able to be viewed on other computers. The demo isn't too long, the flashes and fire are demonstrated near the end as well

This is becoming very aggravating. Any indicator to what has caused this would be appreciated. I will reinstall TF2 again and clear out the Steam Cloud after backing up my files, though if I could get a clue to save some time, I'd much rather have that
If anything is missing, please let me know. I can post specs if they are needed as well. Thank you in advance!

Perhaps you re-installed TF2 but the folders causing the issue were still present? Try renaming your scripts and resource folders to scripts_bak and resource_bak to see if it fixes. If it does then you most likely have some leftover hud stuff causing issues. If not you can rename them back to normal.

viewmodel and first person particles being 'disabled' would be due to the console command viewmodel_fov 0. You can change it back to 90 if you wish.

Thanks, the second part fixed my viewmodels and particles, it hadn't been rebound as of yet though I thought it had
And as for the flashes, it appears to be the Nvidia drviers freaking out with dx8 for some reason.
Thanks again for the help, I appreciate it
