Hello gamers. I'm thinking of pre-ordering OW but I'm also not too much into a rush to wait for a release date. If there are any economists here, or simply anyone who can help me out, my question to you is: is the pre-order price of a video game cheaper than the release price of a video game? I would love to save a couple of bucks :o
