Was wondering what the ideal profile/ ideal settings are for this monitor. Goal is getting the best colors and image quality possible.
(yes ive set it to 144hz in control panel)

"Ideal or best" color settings are different for everyone so you might want to play around by yourself and see what you like.

No panel is exactly the same, so to figure out the ideal settings you need a colorimeter.

theres an article on hltv about this monitor, it has AWFUL out of the box color settings but the 144hz profile they linked on hltv is really good. I use that + 80% digital vibrance in my nvidia settings and its really good looking now.

Don't remember exactly but I think I used this https://pcmonitors.info/reviews/benq-xl2420z/ for my XL2411Z. Scroll down and you will see test with color settings and download of ICC profiles.
