Im completly clueless on this topic. I need advice

cl_smoothtime 0.01
cl_updaterate 67
rate 62000

Why do some players use these then?

cl_mdrate 66
cl_updaterate 66
rate 6000

or cl_mdrate 66.66666666
cl_updaterate 66.6666666

or cl_mdrate 100
cl_updaterate 100

I understand linear interpolation, but im clueless on the other commands. ETF2L Forum aint helping either :/

This is what I used to use:

//cl_updaterate 66.666666
//cl_cmdrate 66.666666
//cl_interp_ratio 1.000000
//cl_interp 0.152
//rate 62000.000000
//cl_smooth 1
//cl_smoothtime 0.1
//cl_pred_optimize "2"

But since switching settings, my shots improved alot.
