As some background, ever since I upgraded to Win 10, my PC would get stuck at the POST screen 50% of the time, I would have to press the reset button on my machine to get past it, today I was getting a Disk Write error updating TF2, after attempting to verify the cache, which never actually started, I deleted programs and was still getting write errors, in a last ditch effort I tried to clean install Win10, which after refreshing and rebooting, it got stuck at the POST screen, and so I reset the PC again, now its stuck on the POST screen everytime I try to boot.
