I know this is probably really easy, and mostly everyone knows how, but I never learned. And I'd like to review some of my scrims with my team,

so if anyone could explain how, thanks.

What do you mean? Do you want to know the meta behind reviewing a demo? Or how to technically get one up and running in order to review it.

The most common way is to watch a STV demo. Either the person who runs the server needs to retrieve this for you or you need to set it up and play on your own server... if you need help with this, let me know.

Retrieve the demo file you want to review and put it into your TF folder. Launch your game and while on the menu press shift + f2. This will open a window where you can choose to load the demo you just saved. You'll be able to pause/play the demo. The way people do it is load the demo and pause it. Go to a specific time in the demo and have everyone go to that time. Have everyone press play at the same time by counting down in mumble.
